Ours is that 80 years ago DSM recognized the importance of science. Understanding nature and matter, to create solutions for the challenging problems of our planet. Knowing more, doing better and that’s why DSM opened their first Central Laboratory 80 years ago, located on what is called now Brightlands Chemelot Campus.
Already for 80 years, our mission is to make a difference and find breakthroughs to make the world a better place. Science is what binds us, all those curious and astute minds in our community. We share a history, but also the future. We invite you warmly to join us on our journey to find the holy grail, a beautiful synonymous borrowed from another fairy tale. And it seems more relevant than ever, can you feel the chemistry?

Innovation Tour in the city center of Sittard and Geleen In the participating shops of Sittard and Geleen, innovations from Brightlands Chemelot Campus are exposed. Go to the shop, get your free ‘Feel the chemistry’-card, and answer the question, related to the innovation from the campus. Is your answer correct? The shop owner will reward you with a sticker from the Feel the chemistry Festival. Collected all 5 stickers? Hand in your card and get your free ice cream. On November 3, during the Little Big Talks, one winning card will be drawn, which means that the lucky one has won a free lunch with his or her family in restaurant Field of Golds, including a guided tour at Brightlands Chemelot Campus. This Innovation Tour is made possible by the Chemelot Circular Hub. |
